Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website can save in your browser. This page explains exactly what we use. The short answer: no cookies at all, and three small things in local storage, only if you use a form.
What we use
- No cookies. We set none, and reading the site stores nothing at all. That is why there is no cookie banner.
- Local storage, only when you act. Local storage is not a cookie: it stays on your device and is never sent with a request, so we never see it. Nothing below identifies you or follows you between sites, and none of it is created by simply reading a page.

What we do not use
- No analytics or measurement cookies (we don't track your visits).
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party tracking pixels or social media trackers on our pages.
- No fingerprinting.
We even host our fonts and the hero video ourselves, so simply browsing this site doesn't quietly load third-party trackers.
Third-party sites
When you click through to our community on Skool, or to a climbing gym or event organizer from our wall map and events pages, those sites set their own cookies under their own policies. We have no control over them.
Managing what is stored
The submit-a-time form has a "Clear it" button on the notice that appears when it has filled something in for you, which deletes what it remembered on the spot. Beyond that, every browser lets you block or delete cookies and local storage in its settings, and clearing this domain's site data at any time is harmless: nothing here is needed for the site to work, and you will not lose anything except the convenience.
Worth knowing if you are on a shared or gym computer: the name filled into the submit form is the last name submitted from that browser. That is why the form tells you when it has done it, and why the clear button is right there.
